Changing My MindChanging my mind – that’s what I was doing. I was going to jump off because I thought the bike was going to endo clear over – it was going to throw my ass off. But then I had at least 6 seconds in the air for it to come back – and it did – it started coming back. I thought, ‘Hey…I can save this if I just hang the heck on!’ The picture was shot when the front end was starting to come back up. Yeah…“changing my mind”…would be a great name for the drawing. Racer X HelmetDavey Coombs of RacerX magazine asked me to draw this for his tribute to the Motocross racers and fans stationed in the Middle East and other parts of the World. He e-mailed me saying to create something with a peace sign,an American flag, his RacerX emblem with the corner peeling up,and the strap going across the page. I had’nt drawn a peace sign since 6th grade, researched it and discovered it is actually from a old Navy symbol..a soldier standing on deck with two flags out from his side..I also drew a cival war cowboy on his horse with the flag, Ö Purchase 14x17 $100.00Purchase 17x22 $200.00 Purchase 24x32 $300.00 |
